The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) RO-IX conducted an Agency Performance Review (APR) for J.H. Cerilles State College at the DBM Conference Room, Pettit Barracks, Zamboanga City, on August 14, 2024, in connection to the provisions of the National Budget Circular No. 592, dated January 2, 2024, to determine the level of performance in terms of physical outputs, as well as expenditures incurred in the production/delivery of goods/services to the public vis-a-vis targets.
Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, JHCSC President, supported the institution’s representatives in the discussion for the APR of JHCSC, including Planning Director Dr. Cleofe D. Baterna Jr. and his team members Mr. Jonnel Padrillo and Planning Officer Engr. Archel B. Bacus, and joining them were Budget Officer Mr. Wilfredo M. Barnido, Jr., College Accountant Chrismie A. Orquillas, and Community Extension Director Ricky A. Egos.
The APR discussion served as a platform for JHCSC to present its progress in achieving its planned objectives and adhering to its financial allocations. It addressed areas needing improvement to enhance operational efficiency and resource utilization in meeting the institution’s goals and continue delivering high-quality services. -EMP
