On August 8, 2024, aside from celebrating the 57th ASEAN Day, it also marks a special occasion at J.H. Cerilles State College. The institution celebrates Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales’ first-year tenure for being re-elected as the 6th president. The Presidential Management Office, spearheaded by Mrs. Snooky Bemia A. Beboso, MBA, integrated a short program during the ASEAN Celebration.
The College Key Officials congratulated President Rosales’s excellent leadership for the past year through personal and video greetings, where the institution has achieved significant accomplishments under his guidance. His unwavering commitment to furthering the college mission and vision has profoundly transformed JHCSC.
President Rosales reflected on the importance of his first year in office in response to the tributes. “The first step is critical to setting the institution in direction. So, when I came back, I was looking into the things I had sown when I left in 2018,” said Dr. Rosales. Moreover, he said that in his return, he first implemented the MEASURES framework to intensify JHCSC’s monitoring evaluation assessment system using responsive and effective solutions.
From the bottom of his heart, President Rosales was happy and thankful for all the messages and congratulations given to him by the College Officials. The kick-off of the ASEAN Celebration also happens during the first anniversary of his presidency as 6th President of JHCSC and the launching of JHCSC PULSE. -EMP
