JHCSC Representatives Planning and Development Director Dr. Cleofe A. Baterna, Jr. and Budget Officer Wilfredo M. Barnido, Jr., CPA, took part in a comprehensive 2-day Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Introductory Course organized by the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) on June 20-21, 2024, at Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay, Aseana Business Park, ParaΓ±aque City.
The course aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge of Public-Private Partnership Infrastructure and Development Projects, legal framework, and solicited and unsolicited processes for National Projects within State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).
This participation underscores JHCSC’s commitment to enhancing institutional capacity by fostering public-private collaboration, aiming for innovation and excellence in campus and community infrastructure development.
