Dr. Cleofe A. Baterna Jr., Director of the Planning and Development Office (PDO), led the JHCSC delegation at the Regional Social Development Committee (RSDC) IX 2nd Quarter Regular Meeting and presented the institution’s Annual Investment Program (AIP) for Fiscal Year 2026, on May 16, 2024, at Yakan Garden Orchid Hotel, Zamboanga City.
