J.H. Cerilles State College Pagadian Annex Hosted a Forum on Crime Prevention and the Criminal Justice System

The J.H. Cerilles State College Pagadian Annex, led by Dr. Patricia D. Bahian, the Campus Administrator, hosted a Forum on Crime Prevention and the Criminal Justice System to promote community safety and awareness.
This initiative, part of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Region IX Campaign, aimed to raise awareness and foster collaboration in combating crime within the region, held on April 26, 2024, at the Pagadian Annex I.T. Building Conference Room.
Student Affairs In-charge Jannice L. Magsayo, DSA Staff Jonna Santiago, GSO/NSTP In-charge Jonathan Reville, and the JHCSC Pagadian Annex Supreme Student Council Members all actively participated.
Guest speakers from NAPOLCOM IX were Police Master Sergeant Merlie Villamor, Police Corporal Ryan Alayon, and Atty. Pablito M. Abad, Jr., the Acting Regional Director of NAPOLCOM IX, shared their valuable perspectives on crime prevention strategies and the workings of the criminal justice system.
This forum underscores the college’s commitment to fostering a safer and more secure environment within the JHCSC Community.
