President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales visited the University of the Philippines Diliman for a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing for Research Endeavor with UP President Angelo Jimenez today, April 25, 2024.
A key highlight of the agreement is the authorization for UP Diliman to extend free access to its extensive E-library resources to all State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).
This collaboration and co-creation with UP is the JHCSC’s new direction in the Research, Internalization, and Sharing of E-Library Services (RISE) model to be lobbied by President Rosales.
