President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales attended the opening ceremony of PALARO 2024 at the J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) Dumingag Campus, with the theme “Empowerment Through Sports Bridging Sociocultural Divides and Unleashing Potentials” on April 23, 2024.
Accompanying President Rosales were esteemed officials of JHCSC, including Dumingag Campus Administrator Dr. Moises Glenn G. Tangalin, Dr. Jerry P. Superales, VP for Research, Extension, and Resource Generation (VPRERG), Community Extension Director Ricky A. Egos, and Resource Generation Director Ruel S. Lasagas. The distinguished guests were Hon. Gerry Paglinawan, Municipal Mayor of Dumingag, and Mr. Glendell Oyo-a, Provincial Government Representative.
Their presence symbolized the collaboration between the college and local government in promoting athletics to cultivate unity within the community.
