J.H. Cerilles State College Recognized for Contributions in Achieving Insurgency-Free Status in Zamboanga del Sur

The J.H. Cerilles State College, led by President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, received an award for being part of the efforts to be insurgency-free by implementing Project Good Life spearheaded by Dr. Moibe Olitres as part of the College Extension Program under JHCSC TABANGE.
This recognition was received during the Zamboanga del Sur Insurgency Free at three (3) years Celebration during the Natal Day of our visionary Congresswoman Divina C. Yu on April 21, 2024, with the theme, “Sustaining Peace and Progress Through H.E.A.R.T.S.”
Dr. Olitres expressed her gratitude for the support provided by President Rosales, emphasizing the transformative impact of Project Good Life on local communities. “Marami na ang nabago ang buhay at marami pang mababago,” she affirmed.
The JHCSC DAN-AG CHORALE, conducted by President Rosales, led the singing of the Philippine National Anthem at the ceremony, symbolizing Zamboanga del Sur’s unity and journey toward peace and development.
