JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, along with key officials including Presidential Manager Officer Snooky Bemia Beboso, Planning Director Dr. Cleofe D. Baterna, Planning Officer Rodrigo P. Millares, Jr, Budget Officer Mr. Rolie L. Bongcawil, CPA, and Planning Staff actively engaged the Technical Budget Hearing on Tier 2 Proposals for SUCs, conducted by the Department of Budget and Management yesterday, April 11, 2024, at Winn Hotel, Zamboanga City.
The meeting provided an essential forum for the presentation and discussion of Tier II proposals to ensure they align with the strategic goals and priorities of JHCSC and the other participating SUCs such as Western Mindanao State University (WMSU), Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University (ZPPSU), Jose Rizal Memorial State University (JRMSU), and Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST).
