In recognition of the pivotal role of frontline staff in shaping the image of J.H. Cerilles State College, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), spearheaded by Director Dr. Julito M. Mandac Jr., organized a two-day seminar for the JHCSC Job Order and Contract of Service on mastering essential customer service skills under the theme “Customer-Centric Service Excellence: Nurturing Soft Skills Among Frontline Staff” on March 21 and 22 at Pagadian Annex I.T. Conference Room.
Esteemed speakers enriched the seminar with their expertise, addressing vital topics for the growth of frontline personnel. Among them were Dr. Julito V. Mandac, Jr., Human Resource Management Director; Ranz Andri D. Medina, Manulife Branch Head; and Maria Teresa Amaya E. Tanciangco, RPm, RPsy, from Ateneo de Manila University.
Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, the visionary president of JHCSC, wholeheartedly supported this initiative as part of the institution’s ongoing efforts to achieve ISO certification, SUC Level 3 accreditation, and universityhood.
