The JH Cerilles State College is leading the way in celebrating National Women’s Month with the theme “Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas: Kakayahan ng Kababaihan Patutunayan!” (A Fair Society in the New Philippines: Proving Women’s Capabilities), in an effort to recognize and honor the invaluable contributions made by women throughout history.
Under the direction of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, JHCSC is ready to launch a number of events and initiatives in March 2024 in cooperation with various local and regional organizations, agencies and other stakeholders.
Proclamation No. 227, s., was cited by Dr. Trinidad C. Abapo, Director of the JHCSC’s Gender and Development Office, to highlight the importance of this month-long event. March is recognized as Women’s Role in History Month in 1988, Dr. Abapo concluded.
