To enhance the quality of nursing education and better equip clinical instructors, the JHCSC Nursing Program recently concluded a two-day in-service training on March 5 and 6, 2024, at the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Skills Laboratory.
This training, which BSN Program Chair Marjo S. Malabanan initiated, focused on BSN clinical instructors, introducing them to the state-of-the-art Maternal and Newborn Care Patient Simulator, valued at 8 million pesos. It provides a realistic setting and a safe environment for students to apply their theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
This simulator aims to revolutionize nursing education with immersive learning experiences, bridging the gap between classroom theory and clinical practice.
Investing in advanced simulation technology showcases J.H. Cerilles State College’s commitment to top-notch nursing education and producing competent and compassionate healthcare professionals.
