In a significant milestone at the FY 2025 Regional Budget Forum hosted at Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Region-IX, Zambaonga City on Februar 1, 2024, J.H. Cerilles State College has emerged as the exclusive State University and College (SUC) in Region IX to submit Budget Execution Documents (BED) on schedule, showcasing the institution’s steadfast commitment to financial efficiency and transparency.
Led by President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, in collaboration with Budget Officer Rollie L. Bongacawil, Planning and Development Director Cleofe A. Baterna, and Accountant Chrisme A. Orquillas, their joint efforts played a pivotal role in achieving this notable accomplishment. Renowned for her financial expertise, Chrisme A. Orquillas efficiently streamlined the intricate paperwork with her team, underscoring the college’s dedication to financial excellence.
