The Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE), Inc., awarded a Plaque of Recognition to J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales for his exemplary leadership, dedication, and invaluable contributions to higher education. Dr. Rosales was recognized for his outstanding service as JHCSC President from March 10, 2014, to November 2, 2018, and for his renewed term from August 8, 2023, to August 8, 2027.
