JHCSC, under the leadership of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, warmly welcomed the Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension (VPRDE) delegates from Jose Rizal Memorial State University (JRMSU) for a courtesy visit and collaboration meeting on March 3, 2025, at the JHCSC Hostel, Pagadian City Extension Campus. The visit aimed to foster academic partnerships and explore collaborative opportunities in research, extension, and resource generation.

Among the key officials present were Dr. Jerry B. Superales, JHCSC Vice President for Research, Extension, and Resource Generation, along with Prof. Ruel S. Lasagas, Research and Resource Generation Director, Prof. Ricky A. Egos, Extension Director, and campus directors across campuses. Representing JRMSU were Dr. Rizza B. Bagalanon, Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension; Dr. John Wayne V. Jacinto, Research Director; Prof. Bobmil C. Flores, Extension Director, and Dr. Van Ryan Alipoyo, Research Ethics Committee Chair. The discussions focused on sharing best practices and strengthening institutional linkages.

The meeting served as a platform for both institutions to exchange insights and strategies for advancing research and extension programs. With a long-standing bond between JHCSC and JRMSU, often likened to that of brothers, JRMSU chose JHCSC as a potential partner, recognizing the institution’s shared vision and commitment to academic excellence and community development.

Soar high, J.H. Cerilles State College!
