The employees of the J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) were filled with joy and gratitude as they celebrated their Christmas Party at the Provincial Government Complex, Mega Gym, Dao, Pagadian City, on December 14, 2024. This year’s event, with the theme “Embracing the Spirit of Giving: A Season of Gratitude and Compassion,” was highlighted by a special grocery and appliance package giveaway, along with a cash raffle, sponsored by 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐂. 𝐘𝐮, 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐞𝐲𝐳𝐞𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐂. 𝐘𝐮, and 𝐉𝐀 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞.

During the event, 29 lucky employees received grocery packages and home appliances, brightening their holiday season. Additionally, a cash raffle brought excitement as 20 winners received 2,000 pesos, five took home 3,000 pesos, and eight got 5,000 pesos. The generous contributions were a testament to the spirit of giving and the support of the local representatives and sponsors who made the event possible. Moreover, the Head Of Committees received groceries and a Certificate of Recognition for their dedication and effort during the MASTS 2024, further highlighting the sense of appreciation and teamwork at JHCSC.

JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales and the JHCSC Family thanked the sponsors for their contributions, noting how such acts of kindness uplift the community. Looking forward, Dr. Rosales shared their plans to continue this tradition of giving, especially during the Christmas season, ensuring that JHCSC employees are reminded of the importance of gratitude and compassion.
