President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales and Engr. Michael Torino, MPA, Section Chief, Bridge and Other Public Works Design/Head of the Planning Division, officially signed the Revised Project of Works for the Academic Building for the JHCSC Lakewood Campus on September 25, 2024, at the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Region IX Office in Zamboanga City. This agreement represents a significant advancement in the project’s implementation, aimed at enhancing the educational infrastructure at the institution.
On July 26, 2024, the formal collaboration between J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) and DPWH Region IX was established during a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony organized by the JHCSC Planning and Development Office (PDO). This agreement outlines the implementation of two major infrastructure projects, marking an important step toward improving facilities and resources for students and faculty.
