In a heartwarming gesture of appreciation and camaraderie, the Presidential Management Office (PMO), led by Office Chief Bemia Snooky A. Beboso, initiated a surprise advance birthday celebration for Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales on March 15, 2024, at the New Roxan Hotel, Pagadian City.
