The J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) campuses held a series of recognition activities honoring the 2025 Board and Civil Service passers. The program was spearheaded by Prof. Venus Avenido, Dean of the Office of the Student Affairs and Support Services (OSASS), and was facilitated by the OSASS Department Heads of each campus, with the support of the visionary leadership of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales. The activity recognized the academic achievements of JHCSCians who successfully passed their respective licensure and eligibility examinations.

The recognition ceremonies were held across various campuses to ensure greater participation by the passers. The Main Campus hosted the activity at the Campus Gymnasium on January 12, 2026, followed by the Dumingag Campus on January 19, 2026. Similar activities were conducted on January 26, 2026, at the Pagadian and CMSE Campus.

President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales congratulated the passers and underscored the importance of discipline, perseverance, and continuous learning. He encouraged students to remain committed to their academic goals and uphold the institution’s standards of excellence as they pursue professional growth and public service.

The recognition aimed to formally acknowledge the accomplishments of the 2025 board and Civil Service passers and to motivate the academic community to sustain a culture of excellence. It also reinforced JHCSC’s institutional commitment to producing competent, ethical, and service-oriented graduates.
