The J.H. Cerilles State College Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Department, headed by Program Chair Marjo S. Malabanan, has once again proven its excellence by achieving an impressive overall performance, surpassing the national rate in the May 2024 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination, where 100% of the first-time takers passed the exam, while 66.66% of the retakers successfully earning their licenses.

Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, President of J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC), joined a meeting with seven (7) Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao State Universities and Colleges (BARMM SUCs) on May 8, 2024, at Seda Abreeza Hotel, Davao City.

JHCSC Planning and Development Office, spearheaded by Director Cleofe A. Baterna Jr., facilitated a two-day workshop for Updating and Enhancing the JHCSC Strategic Plan 2025-2030 at Loizas Pavilion, Brgy. Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, on May 6-7, 2024.

In celebration of the 122nd Labor Day, DOLE ZDSFO, in collaboration with PESO Zamboanga del Sur, organized a series of activities including a job fair, one-stop shop services, free medical services, TUPAD payout, livelihood turnover, career and employment coaching, and a kadiwa trade fair held at Mega Gym Dao in Pagadian City. The event was graced by the presence of Cong. Divina Grace Yu, alongside other prominent officials, peso managers, and JPOs.
