J.H. It was organized in partnership with \ud835\udc09\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc11\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc33\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc12\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc14\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2f\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc32 (\ud835\udc09\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc12\ud835\udc14), aimed to foster stronger institutional linkages and promote best practices in research and extension.<\/div>\n

The seminar was attended by Dr. Jerry B. Superales, Vice President for Research, Extension & Resource Generation (VPRERG); Dr. Joel M. Sabellano Jr., CESO Director; Prof. Ruel S. Lasagas, RDO Director; Dr. Rosanilio M. Yagos, Publication Director; and Ms. Febe Keith P. Jumoc, Curriculum Instruction Division Supervisor. Other attendees included Campus Directors, Deans, Program Chairs\/Extensionists, Persons In Charge of R&E, GAD Focal Persons, Faculty Researchers\/Extensionists, and Personnel from the OVPRERG and CESO.<\/div>\n

\ud835\udc03\ud835\udc2b. \ud835\udc09\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc27 \ud835\udc16\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc32\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc15. \ud835\udc09\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28, Research Director, presented \u201cTranslating Major Final Outputs (MFOs) into Meaningful RDE Impacts,\u201d explaining how research outcomes can be transformed into measurable societal benefits.<\/p>\n

\ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc1f. \ud835\udc01\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc02. \ud835\udc05\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c, Extension Director, tackled \u201cSUC Levelling as a Driver of RDE Excellence,\u201d highlighting how pursuing higher SUC levels can elevate the institution\u2019s research output, community extension programs, and innovation efforts.<\/p>\n

Dr. Jacinto and Prof. Flores also collaborated on the session \u201cBest Practices in Research, Development, and Extension: SUC Pathways to Innovation and Impact,\u201d highlighting proven models that other SUCs can adopt.<\/div>\n

Highlighting the host institution\u2019s initiatives, Dr. Joel M. Sabellano Jr. presented JHCSC\u2019s own extension programs and best practices, which received actionable and constructive recommendations from the JRMSU speakers.<\/div>\n

The seminar also included an open forum, where participants asked questions and shared ideas to enhance research and extension efforts. The successful conduct of the two-day event reaffirmed JHCSC\u2019s mission to serve as a center of knowledge-sharing and innovation in Zamboanga del Sur and beyond. With the guidance and expertise of JRMSU, the seminar paved the way for future collaborations that will lead to new innovations, joint projects, and greater service to the community.<\/div>\n
