J.H. Cerilles State College President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, together with Planning and Development Director Dr. Cleofe A. Baterna Jr., is currently participating in the First SUCs Executive Forum 2025, held from June 9 to 11 and hosted by Jose Rizal Memorial State University in Dipolog City. The forum gathers Presidents of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) nationwide, along with their respective assistants, under the chairmanship of Commissioner Desiderio R. Apag III.<\/div>\n

The event is convened in response to the evolving landscape of higher education governance, providing a platform for dialogue, capacity building, and strategic collaboration among SUC leaders. One of the event\u2019s key highlights is the Signing of Commitment for a Unified Vision for Philippine Higher Education.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Out of the 27 SUCs under the leadership of Commissioner Apag III, President Rosales was elected Auditor of the Executive Group. His active engagement and election to a key leadership position demonstrate JHCSC\u2019s expanding impact and strong commitment to advancing the shared goals of the country\u2019s higher education sector.<\/div>\n
