J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) Main Campus Gymnasium was filled with energy and excitement during the PHELEMET 2025 Culmination held on April 11, 2025. The event carried the theme \u201cPadayun, Pamagap, and Ghepeselabuk,\u201d which translates to Continue, Tolerance, and Unity. Spearheaded by Sports Director Dr. Buena D. Calunsag and Socio-Cultural and Performing Arts Director Mr. Joseph B. Salimbangon, the celebration was made possible with the support of JHCSC Main Campus Director Dr. Trinidad C. Abapo and under the leadership of JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Notable attendees graced the event, including Office of Student Affairs Services Dean Dr. Jonno E. Tan and Hon. Cyrusdirk L. Elle, Supreme Student Federated Council President and Student Trustee. Students from all departments, along with staff and faculty members, gathered to celebrate the culmination of a series of sports and socio-cultural activities, showcasing the vibrant spirit and unity of the college community.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

One of the event\u2019s highlights was the Mr. and Ms. PHELEMET 2025 pageant, where candidates proudly displayed their Barong and Filipiniana attire and Playsuit outfits. Departments rallied behind their candidates, filling the gymnasium with cheers and excitement. At the end of the competition, the Blue Wolves (School of Teacher Education) clinched the title of Mr. PHELEMET 2025, while the Pink Panthers (School of Criminal Justice Business and Management) earned the crown for Ms. PHELEMET 2025. The Pink Panthers also secured Mr. ASEAN 2025, while Ms. ASEAN 2025 was awarded to the Blue Wolves. <\/p>\n
