In honor of the invitation extended by Dr. Nelson P. Cabral, President of Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University (ZPPSU), J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales attended the inauguration of the ZPPSU Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Building on April 2, 2025.\n<\/div>\n

The event was also graced by key figures from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), including Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman, USec Gooddes Hope O. Libiran, USec Wilford Will L. Wong, and DBM Region IX Director Mark Louie C. Martin, demonstrating the strong collaboration between educational institutions and government agencies in expanding digital infrastructure for higher education. <\/div>\n

President Rosales\u2019 presence at the event demonstrated his support for this key milestone in ZPPSU\u2019s continued development, particularly as an institution where he formerly served as an educator.
