An inter-campus consultation meeting aimed at harmonizing financial transactions was held on January 7, 2025, at the J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) Lakewood Campus under the leadership of Mr. Wilfredo Barnido, Jr., Vice President for Administration and Finance, with ICU Director Mr. Norbert Dave Talip, and supported by JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, which sought to address key issues concerning the flow of the distribution, process, supply, and finance. The session was designed to formulate an action plan to resolve these challenges.<\/div>\n

Key officials in attendance included Mr. Ricky A. Egos, Extension Director; Dr. Joel Sabellano, Finance Director; Mr. Ruel Lasagas, Resource Generation Director; Dr. Rebie Marie Matildo, Lakewood Campus Academic Director; and Prof. Bobby S. Piscos, JHCSC Lakewood Campus Director. The meeting also saw active participation from the Administrative, finance, Research, and Academic members.<\/div>\n

Dr. Rosales commended the initiative, emphasizing the significance of focusing on continuous improvement and development. He described the meeting as a critical step towards ensuring that the year begins on the right financial and systemic footing for the institution.<\/div>\n

The meeting’s primary purpose was to foster stronger personnel relationships, review the previous year’s performance, and finalize the financial transaction flow. Key discussions also revolved around harmonizing recording, monitoring, and reporting processes to ensure greater efficiency moving forward. -FMM
