The 4th Quarter Regular Meetings of the Academic and Administrative Councils were held on December 12, 2024, at the Pagadian City Extension Campus Conference Room. While some members attended in person, others participated virtually via Google Meet. Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, College Visionary President, chaired both meetings consecutively.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

The Academic Council meeting, led by Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Academic Affairs, was held in the morning, with 69 members in attendance. The session focused on reviewing and discussing several key agenda items for approval for endorsement to the Board of Trustees 4th Quarter Meeting on December 20, 2024, at the CHED Central Office in Manila. <\/div>\n

In the afternoon, the Administrative Council, headed by Mr. Wilfredo M. Barnido, Jr., Vice President for Administrative and Finance, convened with 32 members present. The meeting addressed three major agenda items, including \u201cfinancial and fiscal matters\u201d and \u201cbids and awards,\u201d which were presented for approval for endorsement to the Finance Committee (FinCom) Meeting.<\/div>\n

Both meetings highlighted the strong collaborative leadership at the College, with Dr. Rosales steering both councils in their efforts to advance the institution\u2019s academic and administrative goals.<\/div>\n
