The JH Cerilles State College (JHCSC) Finance Committee, under the leadership of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, convened for a meeting on December 16, 2024, at the Conference Room, 3rd Floor, I.T. Building, Pagadian City Extension Campus. The session was chaired by Hon. Maria Felicidad R. Guerrero, NEDA IX Director, and focused on financial matters significant to the institution\u2019s operations.<\/div>\n

Key attendees included the Board of Trustees; Hon. Cyrusdirk L. Elle, Student Trustee; Hon. Glady C. Quirante, Faculty and Staff Trustee; Atty. Esther Marie Ringon, BOT Secretary Designate; Mr. Cristian Amor Baya, BOT Secretary I, along with Mr. Wilfredo M. Barnido Jr., Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Joel M. Sabellano, Finance Director; Mr. Glenn Ligan, Procurement Officer; Atty. Princess Rosal Inclan; Engr. Pangasian B. Mamintas; Dr. Julito V. Mandac Jr., SBM Dean; and the Finance Team.<\/div>\n

The meeting addressed items scheduled for endorsement at the Board of Trustees meeting on December 20, 2024. It aimed to facilitate thorough preparation and ensure a comprehensive review of all proposed matters to contribute to the institution\u2019s progress and success.<\/div>\n
