The Mindanao Association of State Tertiary Schools (MASTS) Event Management Team met in the morning today at the Command Center in the Provincial Complex Dao, Pagadia City, Zamboanga del Sur, to finalize preparations for the upcoming MASTS Friendship Games 2024, scheduled for November 24-29, 2024. The meeting focused on ensuring that all aspects of the event, from logistics to security, are in place for a smooth and successful experience for all participants.<\/div>\n

Hon. Glendell I. Oyo-a, JHCSC Alumni Trustee and Event Management Commander, representing the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Sur, led the final coaching session for the Provincial Government Unit (PGU) personnel, specifically the men and women in uniform. The session aimed to prepare security forces to maintain peace and order throughout the event, ensuring the safety of delegates, athletes, and spectators.<\/div>\n

In addition to security preparations, Col. Ronie G. Villanueva, RET, Head of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PZDRRMO), led a discussion on the event\u2019s logistical updates. Col. Villanueva reviewed the progress of the preparations, focusing on addressing any concerns from delegates and ensuring that all emergency protocols were in place. He also stressed the importance of teamwork in making the event a success.<\/div>\n

Victor J. Yu, have joined forces to ensure the success of MASTS 2024. With final preparations and continuous monitoring throughout the event, the MASTS Event Management Team hopes that the MASTS Friendship Games 2024 will be a memorable and successful event highlighting the power of collaboration and sportsmanship, which will kick off today, November 24, 2024.<\/div>\n
