\t\tAtty. Romylyn Orquillas Regidor, Associate Professor V of J.H. Cerilles State College, assumed as Dean in the School of Law effective February 1, 2024.

Dean Regidor is a dynamic professional with a background in both Accounting and Law. She’s achieved remarkable milestones, including earning a Master of Laws degree with a specialization in Commercial Law from San Beda University. Her academic journey is marked by excellence, graduating Cum Laude from Saint Columban College with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and completing her Bachelor of Laws Degree at Pagadian Capitol College, Pagadian City.<\/div>\n
With a professional background spanning over a decade in government and financial sectors, Dean Regidor has held significant roles, including being Chief Treasury Operations Officer and Officer-In-Charge of the Bureau of the Treasury RIX, Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Office. She has also served in various capacities within the Bureau of the Treasury, notably as the Legal Focal Person for Mindanao Cluster, Focal Person for Gender and Development (GAD) activities and the Regional Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Chairperson, showcasing her versatility and leadership. For four years, Dean Regidor also served as the Finance and Administrative Head of the Quedan and Rural Credit Guarantee Corporation (Quedancor) in Region IX.<\/div>\n

Beyond her administrative duties, Dean Regidor is deeply committed to education, having served as a Part-Time Professor at Pagadian Capitol College and Saint Columban College, contributing to both undergraduate and law school programs. She also chaired the Pagadian Capitol College Legal Aid Center, underscoring her dedication to women\u2019s rights, financial literacy advocacy and to providing legal assistance to those in need.<\/div>\n
With a comprehensive understanding of legal intricacies, encompassing Commercial Law, Insurance, and Taxation, Atty. Regidor brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Dean. Her passion for teaching, honed over years in the classroom, combined with a steadfast commitment to public service, ensures a dynamic and enriching educational experience for students at J.H. Cerilles State College – School of Law.<\/div>\n
