The Philippine ROTC Games 2024 Mindanao Qualifying Leg, spearheaded by the Honorary Chairperson of the Tournament, Senator Francis Tolentino, with the tagline, “Husay ng ROTC, Husay ng Kabataan,” officially kicked off on June 23, 2024, held at the Zamboanga City Sports Complex.<\/div>\n
J.H. Cerilles State College, led by President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, competes in the ROTC Games 2024. Main Campus ROTC Unit Coordinator Mr. Ken Mark Edulan guided the JHCSC delegation of 24 student-athletes who will compete in various games to showcase their talents and skills among other State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Mindanao, accompanied by technical coaches and officials from the college.<\/div>\n
The ROTC Games 2024 Mindanao Leg, scheduled from June 23 to June 28, provides opportunities for potential athletes to gain recognition and receive training from the National Sports Associations.<\/div>\n

The event’s opening ceremony attendees were Zamboanga City officials, led by Mayor John Dalipe, representatives from partnered National and Regional Government Agencies, Uniformed Personnel from Mindanao, SUC Presidents and Officials in Mindanao, and ROTC student-athletes and coaches from participating State Universities and Colleges.<\/div>\n
Senator Robinhood Ferdinand C. Padilla conveyed his appreciation in a video message for all those involved in organizing the ROTC Games 2024 and expressed his admiration for the athletes, saying, “Simbolo po ito ng disiplina, dedikasyon, at determinasyon.” <\/div>\n
As the competition unfolds, the Philippine ROTC Games 2024 Mindanao Regional Qualifying Leg resonates with excitement and anticipation, celebrating the spirit of youth empowerment and national solidarity through sports.<\/div>\n
