J.H. Cerilles State College Main Campus ROTC Unit, spearheaded by its Coordinator, Mr. Ken Mark Edulan, organized a Graduation Ceremony to honor the dedication and commitment of 1,138 Advance and Basic ROTC Cadets for the Academic Year 2023-2024 at JHCSC Main Campus Gymnasium, Mati, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur, on June 2, 2024.<\/div>\n
JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales welcomed all the attendees, whose encouraging remarks set a tone of celebration and achievement for the occasion, highlighting the cadets’ hard work and perseverance.<\/div>\n
The event’s guest of honor and speaker was Col. Benedicto S. Manquiquis, GSC PA (RET), Deputy Brigade Commander of the esteemed 2301st Zamboanga del Sur Ready Reserve Infantry Brigade (ZDS-RRIBde).<\/div>\n

The ceremony’s highlight was the solemn bestowal of awards and the distribution of certificates to the deserving graduates. Col. Manquiquis and President Rosales led this honorable task, with the invaluable assistance of Commandant Maj Efren A. Paca\u00f1a (ARM) PA.<\/div>\n
The Main Campus ROTC Unit SY 2023-2024 Graduates embraced their new role as Reservists and took an oath of service led by Col. Manquiquis, a testament to their unwavering commitment to uphold the values of honor, duty, and country.<\/div>\n
