The second day of the Echo Seminar on “Regional Futures Consortium Workshop: High-Level Anticipatory Leadership and Governance Executive Course” yesterday, February 28, 2024, at the New Roxan Hotel, gathering JHCSC executives, administrators, department heads, and academic leaders, organized by the Future Thinking Committee, aimed to cultivate anticipatory leadership and governance skills among participants.<\/div>\n
Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, President of JHCSC, delivered a compelling message highlighting the importance of forward-thinking initiatives across all facets of the college’s operations in Research, Instruction, Production, and Extension (RIPE) activities.<\/div>\n
A key highlight of the seminar was the presentation of the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) reports. Esteemed presenters included Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Mr. Ruel S. Lasagas, Resource Generation Director; Dr. Joel A. Sabellano, Jr., Chief Administrative Officer; Mr. Vicpher D. Garnada, Quality Assurance Director; Ms. Althea Nicole A. Paradiang, Quality Management Representative; Ms. Bemia Snooky A. Beboso, Presidential Management Officer; Mr. Charfel C. Judaya, Data Analytics Director; Dr. Jonno E. Tan, Director of Student Affairs; Dr. Cleofe A. Baterna Jr., Planning Office Director; and Mr. Ronald C. Luste, Management Information System Technology Office Director.<\/div>\n
President Rosales stressed the importance of centralizing data submission to the Data Analytics Office for comprehensive analysis, enabling informed interventions and strategic initiatives. Additionally, he urges school deans to foster the development of Knowledge, Attitude, Skill, and Habit (KASH) among students. <\/div>\n
The Echo Seminar served as a platform for JHCSC leaders to exchange insights, foster collaborative initiatives, and embrace forward-thinking paradigms essential for navigating the complex landscape of higher education.<\/div>\n
