D. spearheaded the presentation of JHCSC’s proposed programs and projects (PAPs) during the RDC IX Joint Advisory Committee (AdCom) and Executive Committee (ExCom) Review of Priority PAPs for FY 2025 Budget on February 6, 2024, at the Grand Astoria Hotel, Zamboanga City.\n\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\tAccompanying President Rosales were esteemed colleagues and department heads, each contributing their expertise and insights to the deliberation process. Among them were Budget Officer Rolie L. Bongcawil, PDO Director Dr. Cleofe A. Baterna Jr., SAO Bemia Snooky A. Beboso, College Accountant Chrismie A. Orquillas, Resource Generation Director Ruel S.
