\n\t\t\tThe JHCSC, in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), hosted a transformative orientation session for its TUPAD (Tulong Panghanapbuhay Sa Ating Disadvantaged\/Displaced Workers) recipients at the JHCSC Pagadian Annex Library, which united 376 self-supporting students from Pagadian Annex, Dumingag, Lakewood, and Main Campuses.\n\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\tDr. Moibe F. Olitres, JHCSC’s job placement officer, kicked off the session, highlighting TUPAD’s significance in bolstering the employability and financial independence of underprivileged students under the leadership of Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, JHCSC College President, a visionary leader.\n\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\tAddressing the gathering, President Rosales delivered an inspiring message, reminding the students that poverty should never be a barrier to success. He urged them to seize the opportunities afforded by programs like TUPAD and to diligently invest the funds in their education for a brighter future.\n\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\tPatrician D. Bahian, in a message brimming with motivation, reminded the self-supporting students of their resilience in the face of challenges, encouraging them to let their strength shine through adversity.\n\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\tThe Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) played a pivotal role in the orientation, with Miraflor J. Casa\u00f1es, DOLE Chief LEO, leading the agency’s participation. Casa\u00f1es and her team provided invaluable insights into DOLE’s programs and goals, shedding light on the various opportunities available for young job seekers.\n\t\t<\/div>\n
\n\t\t\tThe orientation equipped the students with essential knowledge and instilled a sense of determination and purpose. Armed with the support of the JHCSC Administration and the guidance of esteemed partners like DOLE, the TUPAD recipients left the event inspired and ready to embark on their journey towards a brighter future.\n\t\t<\/div>\n
