Joining a new organization can be exciting and nerve-wracking for newly hired employees. To ensure seamless integration and provide essential information, J.H. Cerilles State College, the Human Resource Management Office, which was spearheaded by Director Julito V. Mandac, Jr., under the leadership of President Edgardo H. Rosales, conducted two batches of onboarding and orientation programs for its new personnel.<\/div>\n
On January 3, 2024, the initial gathering facilitated the onboarding process and swearing-in ceremony for 59 recently recruited staff members. Subsequently, the second onboarding and orientation session occurred on January 24, 2024, specifically designed for 43 new employees. Both occasions took place at the 3rd Floor Conference Hall within the IT Building at the JHCSC Pagadian Annex.<\/div>\n
As the college continues to prioritize the development and well-being of its workforce, these well-organized onboarding sessions serve as a testament to JHCSC’s dedication to fostering a cohesive and motivated community poised for success in the ever-evolving landscape of education and administration.<\/div>\n
