In keeping pace with the latest trends of technology in line with Industry 4.0 or the trend towards automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies and processes, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) on November 19, 2019 signed an agreement with J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) for the full implementation of the 10 million worth JHCSC Advanced Information and Communication Technology Training Laboratory project in the Main Campus.
\nCHED Commissioner and concurrent JHCSC Board Chair Comm. Perfecto A. Alibin along with CHED key officials signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with J.H. Cerilles State College System President Dr. Mary Jocelyn V. Battung at CHED Central Office, U.P. Diliman, Quezon City.
\nCHED emphasized that ICTs will help expand access to education, strengthen the relevance of education to the increasingly digital workplace, and raise educational quality by, among others, helping make teaching and learning into an engaging, active process connected to real life.
\nDr. Battung said information and communication technology in the college can be used as a college communication tool to improve student learning and better teaching techniques. With the advancement of technology in education, schools adopt school communication software to transmit, store, share or exchange information.
\nShe is also very grateful to CHED led by Comm. Alibin in paving way to the fulfilment of the institution\u2019s milestone project as well as to the technical working team of the college.
