The Commission on Audit (COA), led by OIC\u2013Supervising Auditor Mr. Arman H. Asnawi, conducted its Entrance Conference with the JHCSC on November 27, 2025, at the JHCSC Hostel, Pagadian City Extension Campus. The engagement was conducted in line with the audit activities for Calendar Year 2025 and was led by President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Representatives from the JHCSC Finance Department attended the meeting, including Finance Director Ms. Jesu Marie Reducto, Chief Accountant Ms. Chrisme Orquillas, and other heads of offices under the Finance Division. The COA audit team also attended the conference, comprising Audit Team Leader Mr. Alvin Rey N. Buot and Audit Team Member Ms. Reycel Mae M. Castro.<\/div>\n

Discussions during the conference centered on institutional compliance with financial regulations, recommended measures to strengthen operational efficiency, and strategies to address issues and concerns raised in previous evaluations. The meeting provided both parties with an opportunity to clarify processes and align expectations for the audit cycle.<\/div>\n

Under the leadership of President Rosales, the conduct of the Entrance Conference reflects the institution\u2019s commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in its financial and administrative operations.<\/div>\n
