Once approved, your username and password or account confirmation will be sent to your email address.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cat-callout warning\">\n          <strong>Important:<\/strong> The system allows only one (1) account per applicant. Duplicate accounts will be automatically ignored and deleted.\n        <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"cat-substep\">\n<h3>Step 3.2: Navigating the Admission Portal<\/h3>\n<p>Once you receive your account credentials, log in to your JHCSC Admission Account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>After logging in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Locate the Menu icon (<strong>\u2630<\/strong>) at the upper-left portion of the portal.<\/li>\n<li>\n            Provide the required information under the following sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal Information<\/li>\n<li>Educational Background<\/li>\n<li>Emergency Contact Information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>            <em>Please double-check all entries before saving your application.<\/em>\n          <\/li>\n<li>Make sure that all information provided is accurate and complete.<\/li>\n<li>Enter <strong>\u201cNA or None\u201d<\/strong> for fields that are not applicable or have no answer.<\/li>\n<li>Review all information carefully before leaving each section.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong> after completing each section.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"cat-substep\">\n<h3>Step 3.3: Upload the Required Documents<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cAdmission Attachment\u201d<\/strong> in the portal.<\/li>\n<li>Upload the required documentary requirements in PDF format.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that all scanned documents are clear, readable, complete, and properly oriented.<\/li>\n<li>After uploading the documents, click <strong>\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong> to complete the process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"cat-code-box\">\n          <strong>File Naming Format:<\/strong> <code>FamilyName-FirstName-MiddleName.pdf<\/code><br \/>\n          <span class=\"cat-example\">Example: DelaCruz-Juan-Pedro.pdf<\/span>\n        <\/div>\n<div class=\"cat-callout warning\">\n          <strong>Important:<\/strong> Ensure that documents are properly scanned and saved as PDF files before uploading.\n        <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"cat-step-card\">\n<h2>Application Validation<\/h2>\n<p>After submitting your application and required documents, please wait for validation by the Admissions and Testing Office.<\/p>\n<p>You may log in to your JHCSC Admission Account to check your application status and monitor updates or instructions.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cat-callout info\">\n        For inquiries or concerns, please visit the official Facebook page of the <strong>JHCSC Admissions and Testing Office<\/strong>.\n      <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"cat-step-card\">\n<h2>Approved Applicants<\/h2>\n<p>Applicants accepted and confirmed to take the CAT must observe the following guidelines on exam day:<\/p>\n<div class=\"cat-exam-rules\">\n<div class=\"cat-rule-block\">\n<h3>Items to Bring<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pencil<\/li>\n<li>Ballpen<\/li>\n<li>Valid ID with picture<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"cat-rule-block\">\n<h3>Prescribed Attire<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plain white T-shirt<\/li>\n<li>Long pants<\/li>\n<li>Closed shoes<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"cat-step-card\">\n<h2>After Taking the CAT<\/h2>\n<p>Applicants will be informed of their scores\/results through their admission portal.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants who successfully pass the CAT and meet the cut-off score set by the School of their chosen program shall undergo an interview and program entry examination, if required by the program.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>College Admission Test (CAT) Online Application Guide Create a Gmail Account Create a new Gmail account using the following format lastname.firstname@gmail.com Prepare the Required Documents Prepare clear scanned copies of the required documents and save them in PDF format.
