J.H. Cerilles State College officials led by President Mary Jocelyn Villejo Battung with other SUCs in the country successfully joined the CHED-wide National Flag Raising Ceremony today, August 22, 2022 at the CHED Auditorium, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.
Bearing the theme: ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐, ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ ๐, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ โ๐๐๐ฐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ฅโ: ๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, this yearโs CHED-Wide National Flag Raising Ceremony was hosted by the Office of CHED Commissioner and JHCSC BOT Chairperson Hon. Jo Mark M. Libre.
As part of the program, our very own College President Dr. Battung was tasked to introduce the Guest Speaker of the event, no other than the Filipina television host, journalist, retired swimmer and the current president of Philippine Olympians Association Ms. Akiko Thompson.
With 12,401 enrolled students of JHCSC system-wide, today also marked the commencement of face-to-face classes as the college gates start to welcome our students for the first semester of A.Y. 2022-2023.
JHCSC officials headed by VPAA Dr. Lina T. Codilla, faculty, staff and students also joined the said Flag Raising that were held system-wide simultaneously at the College Gymnasium, Main Campus in Mati, San Miguel, JHCSC Pagadian Annex Campus, JHCSC Lakewood Campus and JHCSC Dumingag Campus in Zamboanga del Sur.
